LOSING WEIGHT FOR MY SUMMER UNIFORM
I just put down my summer wardrobe on paper. Most of the items of clothing I plan to wear this summer are already in my closet and haven't fit in many, many moons. I am only 5-10 pounds away from being able to wear them. I feel my motivation returning. I am not going to buy new clothes and do not want to get to this summer wishing that I had lost weight in the spring. So, I am going back to what I know works and am doing another push to lose the pounds.
It seems like weight loss is cyclical for me...I will be really motivated for awhile, and lose 8-10 pounds, then lose my mojo for a month or two, then resume again. I have had my break and am ready to tackle the weight loss again. Summer is only a few months away!
