I have been wanting to make raw chocolate fudge, raw cookies, etc. But almost all the recipes I find call for coconut butter or coconut oil, cacao nibs, etc. Hard to find (if possible at all) and really expensive. Even raw nuts is hard to find. Is seems most have been roasted or cooked in some way.
